Spinal Flow is a gentle yet powerful method designed to enhance the body's self-healing capabilities.
It effectively releases spinal blockages caused by physical, chemical, or emotional stresses, allowing the body to heal at its own pace.
Through regular sessions, Spinal Flow promotes and maintains the spinal wave, facilitating more effective self-healing.
This technique is safe for individuals of all ages, including newborns, and can significantly impact lives, particularly in cases where infants have experienced difficulties during pregnancy or birth. -
Spinal Flow practitioners utilise identified access points to communicate with the central nervous system, facilitating the release of blockages and reducing layers of stress within the body.
By engaging with the brain and spinal cord through the meninges, areas of ease are increased, and blockages are decreased during each session.
Although it may take a few sessions for the body to fully respond, practitioners monitor subtle changes in the healing process, celebrating even the smallest shifts as indicators of profound changes in the individual's well-being.
As the body releases layers of emotional, physical, and chemical blockages, seemingly impossible conditions can be corrected, allowing for incredible healing to occur. -
Spinal Flow has the potential to treat a wide range of conditions caused by spinal blockages.
These blockages, which may stem from physical, chemical, or emotional stresses, can disrupt communication between the Central Nervous System (CNS) and various body parts, leading to symptoms such as headaches, migraines, sinus issues, sleep disturbances, and more.
Specific blockages, such as those at Cervical 1 or in the pelvic region, can manifest as diverse physical symptoms like lower back pain, sciatica, or emotional conditions like anxiety and depression.
As Spinal Flow clears these blockages, both physical and emotional symptoms improve, allowing the body to return to its natural self-healing state. -
Spinal Flow targets spinal blockages that impede communication between the Central Nervous System (CNS) and different body parts, causing a variety of symptoms.
Whether it's headaches, sinus issues, or emotional conditions like anxiety or feeling stuck, blockages can significantly impact overall well-being.
By clearing these blockages, Spinal Flow awakens the body's natural healing flow, leading to improvements in both physical and emotional symptoms.
As each blockage clears, individuals often experience relief from their symptoms, allowing for a return to a state of balance and self-healing. -
Your initial appointment at Abiding Touch Spinal Flow includes a comprehensive health questionnaire review, an explanation of the Spinal Flow process, a postural and gateway assessment, a photo posture assessment, a question and answer session, the creation of a personalised care plan, and a 30-minute treatment session.
Please plan for up to 90 minutes for this appointment. Subsequent regular sessions last up to 30 minutes each. -
The 12-session review appointment at Abiding Touch Spinal Flow involves a re-evaluation of initial findings, a photo posture assessment to document and compare physical changes, feedback on progress, and revision of the care plan.
This session typically lasts 60 minutes.
There is no additional charge for these longer reviews; however, extra time is allocated to ensure thorough assessment and discussion. -
Upon arrival, if both treatment tables are occupied, clients are requested to wait in the waiting room until a table becomes available.
Once in the treatment room, place your silenced phone and belongings (including belt, scarves, shoes, bag, etc) into the box provided under your treatment table and make yourself comfortable whilst lying face down.
After the session, clients are encouraged to return the used facecloth to the designated basket for laundering and are given time to reflect on their session before leaving.
Additionally, clients are advised to drink water to aid in the removal of released toxins, take a short walk to help correct any pelvic imbalances, and remain aware of any thoughts or emotions that may surface post-treatment. -
For your comfort during sessions, we recommend wearing loose, comfortable clothing.
Avoid garments with thick stitching, such as jeans, as this may hinder the effectiveness of your healing session since many access points are located beneath the stitching.
If needed, we have spare track pants available for your use. Please remove shoes and belts upon arrival, and feel free to keep your socks on.
Additionally, remove any outerwear that obstructs access to the neck area, such as hoodies or polo necks, and consider undoing top buttons on collared shirts for better neck access.
If you have long hair, it may be necessary to move it aside or tie it up during the session for optimal comfort and access. -
Healing timelines can vary among clients.
While some individuals may experience immediate improvements, others may require more time.
Factors influencing the timeline include the number of blockages present, the frequency of sessions, and individual health conditions and stressors.
Generally, more frequent sessions may lead to faster results, particularly for acute issues.
Babies and children tend to respond quickly, whereas adults with long-standing issues may require more time for noticeable improvements to occur. -
If you are experiencing symptoms of an infection, it is best to prioritise rest, hydration, and measures to prevent the spread of illness.
You are welcome to resume your Spinal Flow sessions once your symptoms have cleared.
Your health and well-being are our top priority.

I strive to maintain a schedule with clients booked every half hour, respecting everyone's time.

On the Table
As you lie face down, take a moment to tune into your body and allow yourself to move or express any sensations you feel.
Emotional release, including tears, can be a powerful stress-relieving and healing experience.
Our group room accommodates multiple individuals simultaneously, fostering a collective healing environment.
While there are two tables available, your initial and follow-up assessments will always be conducted one-on-one.
Additionally, after completing the initial assessment, bookings can be made for two family members to receive treatment simultaneously.
Journal
If you're inclined to write, journaling can be a valuable practice, particularly following the clearing of emotional issues. You can use any notebook or your phone to jot down your thoughts after or between sessions, aiding in reflection and furthering your healing journey.
Movement
You may feel energised, relaxed, or tired, or notice old symptoms temporarily returning.
All these responses are normal. If pain returns, consider increasing session intensity to help move blockages through.
Healing can be a bumpy journey, but with patience and commitment, progress is achievable and often remarkable.
